De algemene ledenvergadering (ALV) is dit jaar op 10 juli, start 20:00 (inloop vanaf 19:30). Dit zal een digitale ALV zijn. De link naar de vergadering is te vinden in de mail met agendastukken die naar alle leden toegezonden is. Indien je deze mail niet ontvangen hebt, controleer dan eerst je spambox. Zit hij daar ook niet in, mail dan naar secretaris@gouweslag.nl
Technische of andere vragen over de jaarstukken kunnen van te voren ingestuurd worden naar secretaris@gouweslag.nl Deze vragen zullen tijdens de ALV behandeld worden. Het is mogelijk om ook tijdens de ALV vragen te stellen. Maar omdat het een digitale vergadering betreft en de ervaring leert dat deze type vergaderingen meer energie kost dan normale vergaderingen, verzoekt het bestuur om zoveel mogelijk vragen uiterlijk 72 uur van te voren via de mail in te dienen.
